工作內容：
1. 推廣及銷售澳洲地區的房地產項目。
2. 與潛在客戶溝通，提供專業的海外房產投資建議及解答。
3. 協助客戶完成購買流程，包括文件準備與海外開發商對接。
4. 定期參與海外房產展覽、講座及相關推廣活動。
5. 維持與既有客戶的良好關係，並開發新客戶資源。
職位要求：
1. 熱愛銷售工作，具備優秀的溝通技巧與服務精神。
2. 對房地產市場及海外房產投資有興趣，有相關經驗者優先考慮。
3. 熟悉基本的英文聽說讀寫能力，能與外國開發商簡單交流。
4. 自我驅動力強，善於主動尋找潛在客戶。
5. 能接受彈性工時，配合活動或出差安排。
